moves that hit after 1 turn (like Fly or Dig) have 2 entries, one that gets used on the first turn and one that gets used in the next turn. this can be seen in game, although the "two" moves only show identical data to the player. however, internally they are different. the Power and Accuracy of the first part of the move is always 0/0 (Power) and 101/101 (Accuracy), while the actual power that is shown to the player internally is technically only in the second entry. their Power can be increased through upgrading or manuals. for instance the move Fly has 2 entries: 0x13 and 0x239. the Power and max Power of 0x13 are 0 and 0. the game shows the actual power, which internally is that of 0x239. MAX POWER FOR FLY DOESN'T SEEM TO BE 0x239???
